Orange Cream
In a saucepan over medium-low heat, start by adding the milk, the honey, the cinnamon and stir.
Add the cornstarch and stir again over medium heat until it all thickens and gains consistency.
Set aside.
In another saucepan over medium-low heat, add all the orange juice, the honey and the cornstarch, stir until it thickens.
Set aside.
In a bowl or round baking dish, add one drizzle of oil and spread well.
Pour in all the white cream and spread.
Top it with the orange cream.
Cover the bowl with a plastic bag or plastic wrap touching the dessert directly.
Take it to the fridge and let it chill for at least 4 hours.
After this indicated time, unmold the dessert on a nice serving plate.
Finish by sprinkling the dried grated coconut all over the dessert.
Serve.
