Sauce
Start by cutting the piece of pork ribs, separating the meat from the bones, and set aside.
In a small bowl, add the salt, the sweet paprika, the curry, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the dried basil and mix everything very well.
Add all this seasoning to the meat we cut earlier and the sprigs of rosemary.
Fold the meat over all this seasoning and set aside.
In a medium bowl, add the honey, the soy sauce, the vegetable oil, the mustard, the ketchup, the barbecue sauce and mix everything very well until combined.
Transfer the meat to a large baking dish, add the sauce we prepared and spread it very well with a brush.
Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and let it marinate for 2 hours.
After this time has passed, remove the plastic wrap and cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and roast for 1 and a half.
After this time has passed, remove the aluminum foil and brush the sauce over the meat again.
Place it back in the oven and roast for another 10 minutes.
Serve.
