Start by cutting the puff pastry with a pastry cutter and a pan lid.
Remove excess pastry and set aside.
Now, cut off the top of 4 apples, then, using a vegetable scoop, core all the apples and set these cores aside.
Next, place the apple in the center of the puff pastry we cut earlier and cut the puff pastry into strips, all around the apple.
Wrap these puff pastry strips around the apple, folding the edges over.
Repeat this process with the other apples, transfer them to a non-stick baking tray and set aside.
In a skillet over medium heat, add the butter and stir until fully melted.
Add the apple cores we set aside and stir very well.
Then, add the cinnamon powder, the condensed milk and cook over low heat for 7 minutes.
Add this filling to the apples wrapped in puff pastry, take to an oven preheated to 180° C (350° F) and bake for 20 minutes.
In a medium bowl, add the refined sugar and the whipping cream.
Using an electric mixer, beat everything very well and transfer this whipped cream to a pastry bag.
Once the apples have baked through, top each apple with 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Add the whipped cream and finish by adding chocolate sauce to taste.
Serve.
