Vegetables
Start by making shallow cuts on the chicken drumsticks and transfer them to a large bowl.
Season them with the salt, the black pepper, the chicken seasoning, a drizzle of olive oil, mix everything very well and let them all marinate for 30 minutes.
Then, cut the potatoes into cubes, the peeled carrots into smaller pieces and the fresh mushrooms into smaller pieces.
In a large bowl, add the onion cut into smaller pieces, the red bell pepper cut into cubes, the potatoes, the carrots and the mushrooms.
Season with the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the sweet paprika and mix.
To assemble, place a sheet of parchment paper on top of a sheet of aluminum foil.
Add 3 tablespoons of the vegetable mixture we prepared and leave a gap in the center of these vegetables.
Then, add 1 tablespoon of butter, 1 peeled clove of garlic, place 1 of the seasoned chicken drumsticks in the gap we left, and close very well by wrapping everything in the sheets.
Repeat this process with all the chicken and vegetables.
Transfer to a large baking sheet, take to a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
After this time has passed, open the aluminum foil, leaving the chicken exposed.
Take it all back to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes.
Serve.
