Start by making shallow diagonal cuts on the hotdog sausages and then make cuts in the opposite diagonal.
Next, place them in an Air Fryer and let them fry at 200° C (400° F) for 5 minutes.
Now, cut the onion into small cubes, cut the mozzarella cheese into strips then cut it in half.
After the hotdogs have fried, cut a bun in half.
Fill it with one hotdog sausage, some of the onion we chopped, mustard to taste and a slice of cheese.
Place it back in the Air Fryer and let it fry at 200° C (400° F) for another 5 minutes.
Repeat this process with 3 more buns.
After that, add mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard to taste.
Finish with the crispy potato chips to taste.
Serve.
