In a large skillet over medium heat filled with boiling water, add the milk breads and stir so they absorb the water.

Add a handful of the meat mixture we prepared and press down firmly to form a burger patty.
Repeat this process with the rest of the meat.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of vegetable oil and let it heat up.
Add the burger patties we prepared and fry them for 2 minutes.
After this time has passed, flip them all over and add a slice of mozzarella cheese on top of each one.
Cover the skillet and let everything fry for another 2 minutes.
Now, to assemble the sandwich, spread mayonnaise to taste on the bottom of the bun, ketchup to taste and spread.
Next, add 2 burger patties we prepared to each bun.
Top with 2 slices of tomato, 3 pickle slices and close the sandwiches.
Serve.
