Start by cutting the stems and leaves off the strawberries, then chop them into thin strips and set aside.
In a bowl, add the milk chocolate chopped into small pieces and add the table cream. Microwave until melted for 40 seconds, mix the ingredients together very well until they combine, and a ganache is formed.
Now, to assemble the dessert, transfer half of the ice cream to a nice dish, and using a spatula, spread it evenly until flat.
Top the ice cream with the chopped strawberries.
Then pour in the other half of the ice cream and also spread it evenly until flat.
Finally, cover the dessert with the ganache topping we made.
Cover the dish with a lid, take it to the freezer and let it chill for at least 30 minutes.
Serve.
