In a large skillet over medium heat, add the butter and let it melt.Add the wafers and stir everything thoroughly until it turns into a smooth mixture.Add the hazelnut cream and stir to incorporate.Next, repeat this process in the skillet with the white chocolate biscuits.Add the condensed milk, stir until combined and set aside.Next, take a little portion with the help of a spoon, add a hazelnut in the center and roll it into a ball.Repeat this process with all the mixture and set aside in the refrigerator.Next, add the vegetable oil in the milk chocolate.Place it in the microwave at full power in 30 second intervals, stirring each time until fully melted.Add the roasted ground peanuts and mix to incorporate.Next, dip the hazelnut balls in this melted chocolate, place them in the refrigerator and let them chill for 30 minutes.Next, coat the white chocolate balls in the melted white chocolate and roll them in grated coconut.Place them in the refrigerator and let them chill for 30 minutes.Serve.
