Into a saucepan over medium heat, add the oil and the grated onion, stir, add the garlic and sauté until slightly brown.
Add the shredded boiled chicken, stir for 1 minute.
Add salt, pepper, oregano, sweet paprika, parsley and chives, sauté well until all ingredients combine.
Add the cheese spread and mix well until combined.
Transfer this mixture to a bowl and let it cool down until it reaches room temperature, then add another spoon of cheese spread, mix.
Get a 20g to 30g piece of chicken mixture to shape, but first squeeze it to remove the air bubbles. Then round this portion of chicken mixture into a ball.
Repeat this process until you've shaped all the chicken mixture.
To make the breading, first coat the balls in the wheat flour, then dip them in the beaten egg and finally, coat them in the breadcrumbs.
Fry and drain the excess oil on paper towels.
Serve.
