In a saucepan, start by adding the milk, turn on the heat at minimum power and stir until warm. Do not let it boil at any time.
Once you’ve done that, add the apple vinegar and stir until the whey starts to separate from the milk.
When all the whey has separated, get a skimmer and remove all the curd just like shown in the video.
Transfer all the curd to a colander placed in a saucepan filled with warm water, and knead the curd very well for 5 minutes. During this step, make sure to remove the colander from the water from time to time.
Now, transfer the colander with the curd to a bowl and fold it by hand a few times.
Finally, wrap it in plastic wrap and take it to the fridge, let it chill for at least 1 hour.
After this indicated time, serve.
