Into a bowl, add the table cream, the egg, the mustard, the minced garlic cloves, the salt, the black pepper and the sweet paprika, mix all the ingredients very well.
Cut the chicken breasts into thick cutlets.
Transfer them to a large bowl, add the mixture we prepared, also add the soy sauce, mix well.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate for 3 hours.
After this indicated time, add the wheat flour, mix well.
Into a skillet, add enough oil to cover its bottom. Once the oil is hot enough, add the chicken cutlets and let them fry for 2 minutes. After this indicated time, lower the heat, flip the chicken cutlets, cover the skillet and let them fry for another 5 minutes.
Remove the chicken cutlets from the hot oil and soak up the excess fat on a plate lined with paper towels.
Serve.
