Start by cutting the chicken breasts.
Make superficial slits on them, then make diagonal slits in the opposite direction, making a crossing pattern.
Season with a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper and spread well with your hands.
Flip the chicken and repeat the same seasoning on the other side.
In a large baking dish, add the wheat flour and coat the chicken breasts we prepared earlier in this flour.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the butter, 1 drizzle of olive oil and stir until the butter melts completely.
Add the flour-coated chicken breasts and fry them until golden brown on both sides.
Next, add another tablespoon of butter, the garlic cloves chopped into smaller pieces and stir until combined.
Add the vinegar, the soy sauce, the honey and stir once more.
Cover the skillet and let it all fry for 5 minutes over low heat.
Finish by adding rosemary to taste.
Serve.
