Crumbly Mixture
Liquid Mixture (Second Mixture)
Start by peeling and cutting the bananas into round slices.
In a bowl, add the wheat flour, the refined sugar, the baking powder, the vanilla essence, the salt, the unsalted butter and the egg, mix all the ingredients by hand very well until a crumbly mixture forms.
In another bowl, add the eggs, the vanilla essence, the condensed milk and the milk, mix well until combined.
In the bowl with the bananas, add the juice squeezed from the limes and mix until incorporated.
Now, in in a medium baking tin greased with butter and flour, add ⅔ of the crumbly mixture we made and spread well, pressing it down on the bottom to form a compact layer.
Add all the banana slices and spread well.
Add the liquid mixture we made then the rest of the crumbly mixture.
Take to a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) and let it bake for 1 hour.
Serve.
