In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the milk.
Add the chili flakes, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder, the curry powder, the semolina, the wheat flour and mix everything very well until combined.
Transfer to a large bowl and add the medium cooked and mashed potatoes.
Add the dried parsley, the salt, the shredded cooked chicken, the egg and mix everything very well until combined.
Take one tablespoon of this mixture and, with your hands greased with vegetable oil, shape it into a patty.
Repeat this process with all the mixture.
After doing that, add the patties to a large skillet over medium heat filled with hot vegetable oil and fry them until golden brown.
Serve.
