Breading
In a pan, put the chicken, add the milk, the water, the black pepper and the salt, cover the pan and bring to a boil over medium-low heat, for about 15 to 20 minutes.
In a bowl put the wheat flour, the breadcrumbs, the saffron, the cumin powder, the oregano, the sweet paprika and the salt, mix it all together very well and set aside.
In another bowl, place two eggs and ¼ cup of milk, mix well and set aside.
Remove the drumsticks that have already cooked through from the pan, dip them in the eggs then coat them in the flour mixture we made. Do it to all of them.
Fry and serve.
