
In a large skillet, start by adding the tomato paste and spread well, covering the entire bottom.
Place the pasta on top of this sauce and set aside.
Next, cut the ham into small cubes and transfer all this ham to the skillet with the pasta.
Add the hot water and bring it to a boil over medium to low heat.
Then, on top of each pasta nest, add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste.
Add 1 tablespoon of cream cheese.
Season with the salt, the black pepper and the Italian seasoning.
Cover the skillet and let everything cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove the lid and add the grated mozzarella cheese on top of each pasta nest.
Cover again and let it all cook for another 5 minutes or until the cheese has completely melted.
Serve.
