Meatloaf Stuffed with Sausage

Start by placing the hot dog sausages on top of a bed of 500g of ground beef.

Then, using a vegetable masher, press the sausages firmly.

Season with a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper.

Add the grated mozzarella, the grated cheddar cheese and arrange it evenly. 

Next, add +500g of ground beef on top of everything and fold the ends around the sausages. 

Season the meat with salt and black pepper to taste and set aside.

In a small bowl, add the barbecue sauce and the honey. 

Season with the garlic powder, the onion powder, black pepper to taste, chili flakes to taste and mix everything thoroughly until well combined.

Spread this sauce we prepared all over the meat using a basting brush. 

Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes. 

After this time has passed, add the mozzarella cheese on top of the meat. 

Place it back in the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and golden brown.

Serve.
