Potatoes
In a bowl, add the salt, the dried basil, the sweet paprika, the ginger powder, the black pepper, the minced garlic cloves, the lime juice and the olive oil, mix all the ingredients very well.
Top the chicken drumsticks with all this dressing and spread well.
Transfer all the drumsticks to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and take to the fridge, chill for 40 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the edges of the potatoes then cut them in half.
Transfer all the potato halves to a bowl and season with the salt, the olive oil, mix well.
Once you’ve done that, transfer the potatoes to a baking sheet lined with nonstick baking paper.
Insert 3 toothpicks in each potato.
Stick the chicken drumsticks into each potato.
Take to a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) and bake for 50 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on the power of your oven.
Serve.
