Start by placing the ground beef on a tray lined with a plastic bag or plastic wrap.
Then, use a rolling pin to flatten the meat.
Season with salt to taste and black pepper to taste.
To make the filling, add the sliced cheddar cheese on top, the sliced smoked bacon and roll everything up tightly, wrapping the meat in the plastic bag.
Next, on the same tray, sprinkle the onion powder, the garlic powder, a generous pinch of black pepper and the salt.
Next, roll the meat we prepared in this seasoning, forming a crust.
Now, place it on a sheet of aluminum foil and roll it up, sealing it tightly.
Place it in a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove the aluminum foil, add sweet chili sauce to taste all over it and spread it well.
Top it with the sliced mozzarella cheese and then cover it with the puff pastry.
Brush the beaten eggs over everything and sprinkle with sesame seeds to taste.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 20 minutes.
Serve.
