Fill a large skillet over medium heat with vegetable oil and let it heat up.

Next, place these slices of bread in a cupcake tray and set aside.
In a large bowl, add the tomato chopped into small cubes, the ham chopped into small squares, the grated mozzarella cheese, parsley to taste and the cream cheese.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the oregano and mix.
Add 1 tablespoon of this mixture to each slice of bread and top everything with the grated mozzarella cheese, dividing it evenly between them.
Place the tray in a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake for 15 minutes.
