Start by removing the skin from the chicken drumsticks using a spoon and set aside.
Next, in a baking bag, add the eggs, the cornstarch and the wheat flour.
Season with the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the sweet paprika and the oregano.
Add the beer, the chicken drumsticks, close the bag and mix everything very well.
In a medium saucepan over medium to low heat, add the vegetable oil and let it heat up.
Add the unsalted butter and let it melt completely.
Then, add the drumsticks we prepared earlier, covered with the batter and let them fry until golden brown.
Serve with a dip of your choice.
