Start by adding the softened butter to one kilo of pork ribs and spread it well.
Then, cut it into smaller pieces and coat each of these pieces in wheat flour.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the unsalted butter and stir until melted.
Add all the ribs with the buttered side facing up and fry until all sides are golden brown.
Remove from the heat and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the onions cut into strips, the mushrooms cut into smaller pieces and sauté until slightly wilted.
Season with the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the sweet paprika, the fine herbs and stir until incorporated.
Now, add the ribs again and the beer.
Cover the skillet and let everything cook for 20 minutes.
After this time has passed, add a pinch of salt, the tomato sauce and stir.
Cover the skillet once again and let everything cook for another 5 minutes.
Finish by adding green onions to taste.
Serve.
