In a large baking tray, start by adding the potatoes cut into smaller pieces.
Add the unsalted butter cut into strips, the fresh peas, the cubed ham and spread well.
Then, add the milk and the vegetable stock.
Top everything with the grated mozzarella cheese and the grated cheddar cheese.
Season with a pinch of black pepper, a pinch of dried garlic flakes, a pinch of Italian seasoning and cover everything with aluminum foil.
Take the baking tray to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove the aluminum foil, take it back to the oven and let it bake until the cheese melts and browns.
Serve.
