Topping
In a blender, add the milk powder, the refined sugar and the very hot water, blend it all together very well until combined. Add the table cream, the natural yogurt and the juice powder, blend it all together very well again. Transfer to a glass dish, spread evenly and let it chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave it in 30-second intervals, add the table cream and mix until combined, into a ganache.
Pour the ganache over the strawberry filling and spread evenly. Let it chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
Garnish to taste with chopped strawberries and chocolate sprinkles.
