In a bowl, put the mayonnaise, the garlic, the creamy cheese spread, the parsley and the mozzarella, mix it all together very well until combined and set aside.
Into a pan, add a drizzle of olive oil and add the sausages, fry them until brown.
Grease a baking tin and add the sausages. Cut them in half and stuff them with the garlic mixture. Top them with some grated parmesan to taste.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 40 minutes or until nicely brown.
Serve.
