Ground Beef
Start by chopping the potatoes into round slices, season them with salt and mix well.
Now into a skillet filled with hot oil, gradually add the potato slices and fry for 5 minutes on each side.
Remove the potatoes from the oil and drain them on a plate lined with paper towels.
Now into another skillet, add 1 drizzle of olive oil, the crushed garlic cloves, the onion chopped into dices and 1 pinch of salt, stir until brown.
Add the peppers chopped into dices and the tomato chopped into dices, stir and fry for 3 minutes.
Add the ground beef and stir well until it turns brown and releases some juices. Season with the salt, the black pepper and the oregano, stir well.
Then add the tomato paste and the water, stir well and let it cook for 5 minutes.
After this indicated time, add parsley to taste, stir and set aside.
Now at the bottom of a skillet, make a layer with the potato slices, add half of the ground beef, add 100g of grated mozzarella cheese, make another layer of potatoes, add the rest of the ground beef and another 100g of grated mozzarella cheese.
Top it all with parsley to taste.
Cover the skillet and heat it up over low heat until the cheese fully melts.
Serve.
