Start by adding the wheat flour into a large bowl, make a hole in the center of the flour and fill the hole with the dry yeast powder.
Pour the salt around the edges of the bowl to prevent it from mixing with the yeast powder, because that would make it lose its efficiency.
Also add the warm milk, the warm water and the egg. Mix it all together very well into a dough.
When you can no longer mix it with the spoon, mix it by hand.
Then cover this bowl with plastic wrap and let dough rest for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
While dough is rising, get a plastic bottle and cut its cap into a circle, making a round hole in it.
After the indicated time, dough has already risen. Remove the plastic wrap and transfer dough to the bottle we’ve cut off through a funnel. Squeeze the dough so that it falls into the bottle. Then close the bottle with the cap.
Now heat up the oil in the skillet.
Once the oil is hot enough, squeeze the bottle to make the dough come out through the hole we made in the cap.
As the dough comes out, cut it with scissors into small bits, letting the pieces of dough fall into the oil.
Fry these mini beignets until golden brown.
Coat them in the ingredient of your choice, it can be sweet or savory.
