Butter Omelet

In a skillet, place the egg yolks and set the egg whites aside.Cover these yolks with a glass bowl, securing them in the center of the skillet.Now, using 2 forks, spread the unsalted butter to grease the skillet.Add the egg whites and using a hand mixer, beat them until foamy.Next, add chopped parsley to taste.Season with the black pepper and the salt.Add the shredded cheddar cheese, some drops of ketchup and mix all the ingredients very well, holding the bowl to keep it secure in the center of the skillet.Spread another 10 grams of unsalted butter around the edges of the skillet, remove the glass bowl and mix all the ingredients together very well.Serve.

  • 40g of Unsalted Butter
  • Parsley to Taste
  • 1 Teaspoon of Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 150g of Cheddar Cheese
  • Drops of Ketchup
  • +10g of Unsalted Butter
