For Breading
Start by cutting the piece of pork loin into steaks about 1 finger thick.
Next, pound them thoroughly with a meat mallet until they are thin and set aside.
In a medium bowl, add the cream cheese, parsley to taste and mix everything very well until combined.
Season the steaks we prepared with a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper.
Add a spoonful of the cream we prepared, spread it well, add ½ a slice of tomato and roll into a cylindrical shape.
Repeat this process with all the meat and cream.
Bread all these rolls - first coat them in the wheat flour, next, dip them in the beaten egg, and finally, coat them in the breadcrumbs.
Once all the rolls are breaded, add vegetable oil halfway up a large skillet over medium to low heat and let it heat up.
Add the rolls and fry them until golden brown.
Serve.
