Mini Easter Eggs

Start by adding the semi-sweet chocolate, then add it to a medium bowl.Microwave it at maximum power in 30-second intervals, always mixing between the breaks until the chocolate is completely melted.Now, wrap an egg in plastic wrap and dip half of it into the melted chocolate.It’s important that the egg is cold, as this will help form the shell.Place it in the egg tray and repeat this process with 7 more eggs.Place them all in the fridge and let them chill for 20 minutes.In a large pot, add the condensed milk, the heavy cream, the powdered milk and mix until the powdered milk is completely dissolved.Turn on the heat to medium-low and mix everything very well until it thickens slightly.Remove it from the heat and let it cool to room temperature.Next, remove the chocolate shells from the fridge and remove the plastic wrap from each one.Now, using a piping bag, add the cream we prepared, filling the chocolate shell.Add ½ a ripe strawberry along with it and repeat this process with the remaining shells.Now, put them together, forming an egg, take them to the fridge and let them chill for another 20 minutes.Serve.

  • 3 Tablespoons of Powdered Milk
  • 4 Strawberries
