Start by chopping the lettuce leaves into thin strips.
Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
Also cut the block of ham into small cubes.
Grate the peeled carrot and set aside.
In a bowl, add the mayonnaise, the Brazilian cream cheese, parsley to taste, the salt, the oregano, the juice of ½ lime and the olive oil, mix all the ingredients very well. Add the table cream, mix and set this dressing aside.
After that, in a glass dish, add all the chopped lettuce, the tomato cubes, the grated carrot, the ham and the dressing we made, finally, spread potato straws to taste all over the salad.
Take to the fridge and let it chill for at least 1 hour.
Serve.
