Start by breading the bowl made of frozen pasta.
To do this, first dip it in five beaten eggs then coat it well in panko breadcrumbs.
Then transfer it to a large pan over medium heat with hot vegetable oil and fry it until golden brown.
Remove it from the hot oil and set it aside.
Now cut the piece of beef into thick steaks, then cut into strips and finally into cubes.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the beef we cut, the onion cut into thin strips and sauté until the beef releases all its juices.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the garlic powder, the chimichurri and sauté everything very well until the beef is lightly browned.
Remove from the heat and transfer to a medium bowl.
Add the tomato and the green bell pepper cut into cubes, the soy sauce and mix.
Then add this mixture to the bowl made of fried pasta.
Now, garnish the edges of the bowl by adding the cream cheese around them.
Finish with sesame seeds and green onions to taste.
Serve.
