In a bowl, add the eggs, the salt, the black pepper, the parsley to taste, the crushed garlic cloves, the grated parmesan cheese and mix all the ingredients together very well.
Next, butterfly a chicken breast, making sure you don’t cut it all the way through, then make superficial slits on top of the chicken, just like shown in the video.
Cover the chicken breast with plastic wrap and using a meat mallet, pound very well.
Next, bread this chicken very well in the wheat flour then dip it in the egg mixture we made and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium-low heat, add enough oil to cover its bottom, and once this oil is hot enough, add the unsalted butter and wait until fully melted.
Once you’ve done that, fry the chicken until golden brown.
Soak the excess oil on a plate lined with paper towels.
Serve.
