Sauce
Start by cutting the puff pastry into circles.
To do this, use a glass as a mold and cut out the circles along the marking with a pastry cutter.
Next, sprinkle wheat flour on the base of 6 glasses.
Add the pastry circles we cut earlier shaping them like little shells.
Place them in the freezer and let them chill for 30 minutes.
In a large bowl, add the shredded cooked ham, the shredded mozzarella, the cream cheese, the oregano and mix everything very well until combined.
After the pastries have frozen, take one and add it to a large skillet over medium heat with hot vegetable oil and fry until lightly golden brown.
Repeat this process with all the pastries.
Next, transfer them to a large baking tray and add the filling we prepared.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 30 minutes.
In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, the ketchup, the mustard, the barbecue sauce, the honey, the garlic powder, the onion powder, the black pepper and mix everything very well until combined.
If you like, you can change the ingredients and make a new sauce of your choice.
After the pastries have baked, finish with the sauce we prepared.
Serve.
