
Start by placing the tomato slice on a plate and putting it in the freezer.
Then grate the tomato over the buffalo mozzarella cheese and transfer it to a medium baking dish.
Add the pasta, the tomato paste and the heavy cream.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the dried basil and mix everything very well to combine.
Add the grated cheddar cheese and the grated Parmesan cheese.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 25 minutes.
Serve.
