Sauce
Start by placing a silicone tray in a skillet filled with boiling water.
Add 1 egg into each hole of the silicone tray.
Then cover the skillet and let everything cook for 10 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove the tray from the hot water and set it aside to cool.
In a medium bowl, add the beaten eggs, season them with the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the sweet paprika and mix to combine.
Now, in another medium bowl, add the wheat flour.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, mix and set aside.
Now to prepare a sauce, in a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, the ketchup, the barbecue sauce, the honey, the black pepper, the garlic powder and mix.
Now, remove the cooked eggs from the tray and bread each of them.
First, dip them in the seasoned eggs, coat them in the wheat flour, dip them in the eggs again and finally coat them in the breadcrumbs.
Repeat this process with all the eggs.
After that, place them into a large pan over medium heat filled with hot vegetable oil and fry them until golden brown.
Serve with the sauce we prepared.
