In a food processor, add the garlic flakes, the dried leek flakes, the sweet paprika and the coarse salt, turn on the processor and grind all these ingredients for 2 minutes.
Then reserve this powder mixture in a bowl.
Next, grind the other half of the spices in the food processor – add the paprika powder, the dried parsley, the dried onion flakes and the coriander powder, and grind all these ingredients again into a fine powder.
Once you’ve done that, transfer all these ground spices to a large bowl and mix them together very well.
Store this seasoning mixture in containers with lids.
Serve.
