Pressure Cooker Bread

In a bowl, add the warm milk and the dry yeast powder, mix.Add the sugar, the oil and the egg, mix until combined.Gradually add the sifted wheat flour and the salt, keep mixing until it combines, and a dough forms.Transfer the dough to a pressure cooker greased with butter and flour.Cover the pressure cooker and let the dough rise for 50 minutes.After this indicated time, the dough has already risen.Open the cooker and brush the bread dough with 1 beaten egg.Cover the cooker again, turn on the heat to low power and bake for 40 minutes.Remove the bread from the cooker and serve.
