In a bowl, add the condensed milk and the table cream at room temperature or chilled.
Add the milk powder and the emulsifier, mix well until combined.
Using an electric mixer, beat all the ingredients at high power for 10 minutes.
After that, transfer all the mixture to a dish, cover the dish with plastic wrap touching the cream.
Take it to the fridge and let it chill for at least 2 hours.
Serve.
