In a medium bowl, add the Coca Cola and moisten the Ladyfinger biscuits in it.
Transfer them to a large baking dish, covering the entire bottom.
In a large bowl, add the whipping cream, the refined sugar and beat with an electric mixer until it starts to get foamy.
Add the cream cheese and continue beating until stiff peaks form.
Transfer all this cream to the baking dish with the biscuits and arrange it evenly until flat.
Take it to the fridge and let it chill for 30 minutes.
In a medium bowl, add the unflavored gelatin, the water and mix to combine.
Microwave it at high power for 15 seconds and mix until the gelatin completely melts.
Add the Coca Cola at room temperature and mix.
Then, add this gelatin and coke mixture to the dessert.
Take it to the fridge and let it chill for another 2 hours.
Serve.
