In a bowl, add the warm water, the sugar, the salt and the dry yeast powder, mix well and let the mixture rest for 10 minutes.
After this indicated time, add the wheat flour, the flax seeds, mix well again with a spoon. When you can no longer mix with the spoon, add the vegetable oil and knead well by hand until combined.
Next, grease a table with 1 drizzle of vegetable oil and spread it out.
Place the dough on it and knead it a bit more.
Now, in a skillet, add 1 drizzle of oil and spread it out well, add the dough and stretch it out in the skillet.
Cover the skillet with a tablecloth then with the lid, let it rest for 40 minutes.
After this indicated time, take it to low heat, cover the skillet and let it cook for 15 minutes.
Using a nonstick baking paper and a plate, flip the bread, put it back in the skillet leaving the baking paper under the bread.
Cover the skillet again and let it cook for another 10 minutes.
Serve.
