Beef Strips

Start by slicing any cut of beef of your choice into thin strips and transfer them to a bowl.Add the salt, the soy sauce, the black pepper and mix.Add the egg and the corn starch, mix very well.Once you’ve done that, set aside. Now into a skillet over medium-low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil and add all the meat, stir well until seared.After that, remove the meat from the skillet and set aside.Then into the same skillet, add another drizzle of olive oil and the red bell pepper finely chopped into strips, stir for 1 minute.Chop the onion into thin strips and add them to the skillet, stir until brown.Put the meat in the skillet again, add another tablespoon of soy sauce and the vinegar, stir for another minute.Add the sugar and the corn starch dissolved in water, the crushed garlic cloves and the chopped chili pepper, stir well.Finally, top with some parsley to taste.Serve.

  • 350g of Beef
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
  • 1 Generous Pinch of Black Pepper

  • ½ Medium Onion

Seasoning

  • 1 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon of Alcohol Vinegar
  • 1 Pinch of Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon of Corn Starch Dissolved in 2 Tablespoons of Water
  • 3 Crushed Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Teaspoon of Chili Pepper
  • Parsley to Taste

Add the salt, the soy sauce, the black pepper and mix.

Add the egg and the corn starch, mix very well. 

Once you’ve done that, set aside.

Chop the onion into thin strips and add them to the skillet, stir until brown. 

Put the meat in the skillet again, add another tablespoon of soy sauce and the vinegar, stir for another minute. 

Add the sugar and the corn starch dissolved in water, the crushed garlic cloves and the chopped chili pepper, stir well. 

Finally, top with some parsley to taste.

Serve.
