Start by adding the ripe tomatoes cut into smaller pieces in an Air Fryer basket.
Add the garlic cloves, the red onion chopped into smaller pieces, the carrot cut into 4 equal parts, the cherry tomatoes and fresh basil leaves to taste.
Season with a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.
Set the Air Fryer to 170° C (325° F) and leave it there for 25 minutes.
Then, put everything in a blender and blend all the ingredients very well until combined.
Transfer the sauce to a nice serving bowl and finish by adding parmesan cheese to taste and fresh basil leaves.
Serve.
