Filling
Start by cutting the chicken breasts into thick strips.
Cover these strips with some plastic wrap and pound them very well with a meat mallet until tender.
Season them with a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper.
Then, turn these strips over and repeat this process.
In a medium bowl, add the grated medium carrot, the ham cut into small cubes, parsley to taste and the grated mozzarella cheese.
Season with a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper.
Add the cream cheese and mix everything together very well to combine.
Next, take some of this filling, place it on the slices of chicken we prepared earlier and roll them up.
Repeat this process with all the chicken slices and set aside.
Now, take the sheets of aluminum and fold them by shaping them into trays, then, place the chicken rolls we prepared into these foil trays.
Transfer them to a large baking sheet, take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 30 minutes.
After this time has passed, add another 50g of mozzarella cheese to each foil tray.
Put them back in the oven and let them bake until golden brown.
Serve.
