Ganache
Into a saucepan with the heat still off, add the condensed milk and the cornstarch. Dissolve all the cornstarch in the condensed milk until combined. Then add the sieved yolks and the vanilla essence, mix very well. Add the liter of milk, slightly mix it, turn the heat on medium-low and mix it all nonstop until a smooth and uniform cream is formed.
Turn off the heat, transfer the cream to a glass dish and evenly spread it until nice and flat.
Set aside.
Cut the chocolate sweets in half and make a layer of these chocolates over the cream.
To make the ganache, melt the chocolate in 30-second intervals in the microwave, add the table cream and mix very well until combined.
Pour the ganache over the chocolate sweets and spread carefully.
Leave in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours or until well chilled.
