Start by cutting the chicken breasts into thin strips and transfer to a large bowl.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the dried parsley, the dried thyme, the garlic powder and mix to combine.
Let everything marinate for 15 minutes.
In a small bowl, add the egg, the heavy cream, the wheat flour and mix everything very well until combined.
After doing that, peel the ripe apple, cut it in half, remove the core, and grate it using the coarse side of the grater.
Transfer the mixture we prepared to the bowl with the chicken, also add the grated apple and mix everything very well to combine.
Now, place everything in an Air Fryer basket, set it to 200° C (400° F) and fry for 15 minutes.
Serve.
