For Breading
Start by cutting the cabbage in half then into strips.
Transfer to a large baking dish and set aside.
In a small bowl, add the soy sauce, the white vinegar, the sugar and mix.
Then, spread all this sauce over the cabbage strips and set aside.
Now, in a small bowl, add the eggs, the salt, the dried parsley, the Dijon mustard, the mayonnaise and mix.
In another small bowl, add the breadcrumbs, the wheat flour and mix.
Next, coat the cabbage strips in the flour mixture then dip them in the beaten eggs.
Repeat this process with all the cabbage.
Transfer them all to a baking tray lined with non-stick paper.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 30 minutes.
Serve.
