Start by cutting the beef into strips.
Next, transfer to all this meat to a bowl and add the baking soda, mix well.
Cover the bowl and let the meat rest for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, in another bowl, add the minced garlic cloves, the salt, the balsamic vinegar, the oil, the hot sauce, the black pepper and the chili flakes, mix well.
Once the steaks have rested for the indicated time, add enough water to cover them, and wash well to remove the baking soda.
Remove all the steaks from the water and transfer them to a skillet with a drizzle of oil, let them fry on both sides.
Once fried, remove all the steaks from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the onion chopped into thin strips and the red bell pepper chopped into thin strips, stir-fry for 2 minutes.
After that, add all the steaks, the sauce we prepared and stir for a few more minutes.
Serve.
