In a saucepan, add the condensed milk, the table cream and the unsalted butter, turn on the heat and stir until the mixture combines and gains consistency.
Transfer the cream to a bowl and cover with a plastic wrap or plastic bag touching the cream until it reaches room temperature.
Once the cream has cooled down, add the grapes and mix well.
Next, using a tablespoon, get portions of this creamy grape mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Take it to the freezer and let it chill for at least 1 hour.
After this indicated time, melt the milk chocolate and dip these mini desserts in it, to evenly spread the chocolate.
Transfer them to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and wait for the chocolate to harden. You can garnish with the rest of the chocolate, just like shown in the video.
