Cut the broccoli into small florets and place them in a bowl. Season with 1 teaspoon of salt, black pepper, oil or olive oil and mix very well, so that the spices incorporate into the broccoli, set aside.

Transfer the chicken to a larger baking dish, spreading it all over the bottom. Cover these chicken dices with the broccoli and set aside.

Cover the baking dish with parchment paper then cover it with foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 35 minutes.
Remove the parchment paper and the foil, top it all with grated cheese and bake for another 20 minutes.
